Terms of service

The service

Farovil provides software for preparing, sharing, reviewing, acknowledging and signing real estate disclosure documents, and for submitting and comparing offers. Farovil is not a real estate broker, a law firm or an escrow company, and does not give legal, financial or transactional advice.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Licensed professionals must hold a valid license in the state where they use Farovil.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant Farovil the limited right to store, process, display and transmit them in order to provide the service to you and the people you share with. Farovil does not use your content to train AI models.

Standard association forms remain the property of their publishers. Farovil does not reproduce them; you upload forms you complete in your own licensed forms software.

AI assistance

Farovil's AI features summarize and check documents to help people work faster. They can be wrong. Every AI finding cites its source page, is labeled, and must be reviewed by a person. You remain responsible for your professional obligations, including disclosure duties and the accuracy of offers you submit.

Signatures

Electronic signatures are applied by the signer through a licensed e-signature provider, with a complete audit record. Farovil never applies a signature or initial on anyone's behalf.

Subscriptions

Listing agent plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, after any free trial. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Buyer's agents, buyers and sellers use Farovil free.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you have no right to share, don't attempt to access other people's documents, and don't scrape, copy or resell any part of the service.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Farovil available and accurate but provide it as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Farovil's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We will tell you when these terms change and record the version you accepted. Continuing to use Farovil after a change means you accept the new terms.
